Our litigation team is well versed in commercial real estate broker litigation. We have defended brokers and agents from lawsuits by owners and buyers and we also are very successful in pursuing broker claims for commissions owed. We regularly represent some of the largest brokerage companies in the State of California in all litigation matters and provide general advice and counseling as well as assist with developing best practices. We function as outside general counsel to several of the largest brokerage companies in the Bay Area.
